I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork;

I reserve the right to the artwork, which includes but is not limited to posting the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books and to display it anywhere to my liking (unless discussed otherwise before starting the commission);

Your characters/creatures/etc. are still yours. I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) over them;

If you don’t want a commission to be posted for a certain amount of time, for example it’s a gift, let me know we can discuss this;

I may work on your commission during my live streams on Twitch.
If you prefer me to not show it while streaming, please let me know as soon as possible.

Commissioned artworks are for personal use only;

You can use the image for non-commercial purposes
(upload on any website and social channels, use as icon, print for private use);

Please credit me and don't remove my singature from artwork;

I’ll include a proper credit to you, if I post commissioned artwork;

You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for any commercial purposes
(meaning making money of it in any way like reselling, distributing, making prints for selling, etc.);

You may NOT submit commissioned piece to any kind of contests;

You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent;

You may NOT use any of my work in any NFT.

If you wish to use artwork for commercial puropses, commercial fee will be added to the final price;

Full Copyright: +200% of the total price
· you purchase all rights, I won't use the artwork anywhere else nor make profit off of it;
· the possibility for the artist to display the piece on social media and for portfolio purposes, will be negotiated with the commissioner;

Payment via PayPal invoice;

Commission can be paid either 100% upfront or 50% upon accepting commission and 50% after the approval of final sketch and idea;

Don't send me any payment before I have accepted your commission, or before I've sent you a PayPal invoice.

Once you send me a commission request, I will get back to you and let you know if I accept the commission or not,

If yes, we'll discuss references, ideas and project in general;

I'll send you the payment invoice, for either full price or 50%;

Once I recieve the payment, I'll start working on the project, ask for revisions/approvals and complete it;

In case of 50% payment:
I'll start working as soon as the first 50% of payment is delivered;
Then after approving final sketch, I'll ask for the second 50% and finalise project after payment is delivered;

While working on your commission, I'll be sending you the artwork for approval.
Please let me know, as soon as possible, if there's anything you don't like or want changed;

A fee will be added, if you want anything changed on the final accepted drawing;

The cost of fee depends on the type of change you request, if the change is minor, no extra fees will be added.

Delivery of commission may take up to 2 months;

For bigger, longer term projects time may vary;

If there's any delay due to unexpected life events or a longer time needed to complete commission, I'll let you know;

Once project is finished, I'll send you a Google Drive link with:
· full-resolution image in 300dpi, PNG format,
· smaller version for Internet upload,
· I can provide PDF, if needed for print (for personal use only!),
Don't hesitate to ask if you have any specific needs regarding files.
Please download received files and save them on your device because link won't be available forever.

You may cancel your order free of charge before paying;

You may cancel the commission after I started working on it.
I'll send you the work in progess and charge you for the amount I've already created;

Do NOT request PayPal chargeback, I will refund the amount myslef!

PLEASE NOTE: If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point, I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with these terms, your acceptance of them and our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed the work for you, partially or fully.
You will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way.
Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
